havent posted in awhile just cause i kinda lost touch with OT F&N but since i made my last posts in here ive made decent gains.

    height: 5'7''
    weight: 145 (leave me alone)
squat: 405x4 (just did it the other day.. :bigthumb: )
bench: 215x2 (its weak but im hella happy bout that)
dead: 275x2 (haha i havent done this months, but thats my max

started working out about 2 years ago at like 115 lbs. :hs:

my goal is to be about 155-160 lbs but eating hardcore is hard for me... somedays i eat likea 6 year old korean girl. sigh.

i use the pad though... i can NOT do it without it. i still get those bloodlines along the top of my shoulders and traps. on the last squat @ 405 my body started trembling but i think i could've done more but i was pretty happy at 4 so i racked it.

i'd have to question your depth on the squat given your other numbers.

i admit i do start losing some form but for the most part its still pretty good. i dont get all the way to parallel at the legs but its decently close.

Well not squating to parallel isn't a real squat now is it.

i do believe in good form, especially for squats. but at 405 lbs for me its hard for me to get right at that parallel and not kill myself. i found that out the hard way a couple weeks ago...

i was doin 385 and at about the 7th rep i went super low and took me liek 5 sec to get back up and i seriously thought i was going to die.

i know the numbers for squat seem skeptical, shit i wouldnt believe it either, and sometimes i still cant believe that i do it but its what i do. legs are simply easier for me to push hard on without failing.

below the knees... eh ill pass. i dont like goin that low.. i believe in ass to the wall with legs parallel, not ass to the ground.

so being at parallel wouldnt be good enough? this is understandable i just get cracking in the joints when i dip past the knees, same goes with benching cept its worse.

I dont see how you could squat so much and not deadlift shit. doesn't correlate.
