    Kinda meh. They aren't growing as fast as my upper body has been. That's why I didn't post them :hs:

    Bench is 195x5
    Squat 255x5

    Just started deadlifting again but I'd say around 255x5 or so too :dunno:

    I went through a bulking cycle, now I'm just eating properly and gaining size rather than doing a bulk/cut.

    Chest looks better in person than it does in that pic but I hit it twice a week currently.

    7000 crunches a night supersetted with 8546 bicep curls. Gotta get toned.

    i have a good feeling that when im doing deadlifts this week, im going to be the only one in the gym doing them :x

    lookin aright. i think you can put up larger numbers on your squat and deadlift for ur bench.
