Time for some change! Currently I am 6'0 227 pounds. Max's in things that I care about... Bench-260 x 1 Hang Clean-225 x 3 Deadlift- 365 x 1 Squat-365 x 1 Looking to increase my bench mostly with this program, and I believe my deadlift will go up because I just started doing it today. Also I am 18 years old.
