New Program, New Thread

    Starting up a new program that can be found here...http://musclemedia.com/training/bench/benchintro.asp , did it before and it worked for me, started a new program since I went to college and now my gains have stopped. Time for some change!

    Currently I am 6'0 227 pounds.

    Max's in things that I care about...

    Bench-260 x 1
    Hang Clean-225 x 3
    Deadlift- 365 x 1
    Squat-365 x 1

    Looking to increase my bench mostly with this program, and I believe my deadlift will go up because I just started doing it today. Also I am 18 years old.

    Goal is to have bench over 300, Hang Clean over 260, Deadlift over 400, Squat over 400 by the end of the year, maybe summer!

    Bench:
    1 set 210 @ 6
    2 sets 215 @ 5
    2 sets 220 @ 4

    All done relatively easily which is a good building block for me.

    Also lifted back and bi's or wednesday.

    Friday...was supposed to finish with a half rep at 265, but i did a rep of it pretty easily too, went up to 275 and did a negative on bench. Also did flies and incline dumbbell i finished with 85 x 8 on 3rd set. Dips 3 sets of 8, rope pushdowns and overhead dumbbell with 90's x 8.
