new pr :) v. benchpress

    just hit 200lb bench, no chest bounce, no 1/2 rep, full range of motion. it felt sooo incredible im 5'7 142 atm

    The two best types of PRs are 1) breaking into a new hundreds digit and 2) adding another 45lb plate.
