Pulled 405 today for my last pull. It was nice to finally break into the 400's. My deadlift has shot up since I've come to school and concentrated on bulking. Went from 300x3 to 405x1 since september. Thing is my bench has been stuck at 160x5 and my squat is stuck at 275x3 (ass to grass). Can you guys suggest some methods to improve my bench or squat. I was thinking of giving box squats a go since we do have the adjustable height boxes at our gym (the ones that stack). Any ideas? Any help is appreciated. btw.. 21 5'7 and ~210 at too damn high of a bf%.
