    Ok. My skinny ass finally did it.

    6 sets of 5 reps at 200 Weight ! Yes I am a skinny weak fucker but god damn I am proud! No worries I will only post PRs at every hundred interval :p

    yay me :)

    i did bar x 5, 135 x 5 and lots of stretching for warm up


    i did a like 20 dead lifts in triplets at 230 (kinda an embarrasing dl) before I did the squats

    I started doing DL and squats for the first time 6 weeks ago, now my 6rep*3sets/1repmax for DL is 230/330 and for squats 220/300
