Last time I was able to do 325lbs was a year ago at 178lbs.
Today I did 335lbs at 174lbs bodyweight. And it was a pretty easy single at that.

And I've been on maintenance calorically, just cleaning up my macros before I start seriously cutting.

While I'm always trying to get stronger, my strength only really goes up around this time of the year when I'm not on a caloric deficit.

Nice man. Did you pause for a second at the bottom? Cause sometimes i see people just bounce their elbows off the floor.

Yep. I was pausing 2 sec actually in all my warmups until I went over 300....but still did pause the last few sets.

    My sets went like this..
    135/5x2
    185/3x1
    235/1x1
    275/1x1
    295/1x1
    315/1x1
    325/1x1
    330/1x1
    335/1x1

Do you think I could have cut out some of the warmup sets?
Last time I did floor press, two weeks ago, I did 315 and failed at 325.

If you can floorpress that you should be able to full range bench at least 350.

I wish. My floor press has always been more than my flat bench, actually. 15-20lbs difference. Is it because I'm pretty thin/ flat from the side?

If I do, not much. I always benched just to build my chest, its only since hanging around in here, I'm trying to bench for maximum weight.

Well your "thinness" would explain as your range of motion is much larger when going to your chest, try a PL setup and swee what happens.
