New PR on bench

    I crunked the 70's today on flat bench. I got em up for 5 on my fifth set with ease. Thank God for CEE, got me gaining again in both weight and strength. I tried to PR on deadlift also but failed three attempts to get up 315, weight got stuck at my hips each time and I couldn't lock out. I chose to drop the weight rather than dieselweasel it up though.

    I'm sorry to have offended your brolyness. I thought this was a fitness forum where people (from beginners to pros) could share their achievements. Now, how about you try being a little more polite and encouraging. You can start by taking your boyfriends cock out of your mouth and offering an apology.

    a buddy of mine just recently started in the gym with me and his toughest exercise to get down is the DB bench press. whats your height/weight?

    me personally just PR'd with the 125's (125 for 8 reps)...they don't go any heavier in my gym :wtc:

    Bench is tough for me all around. I have decent numbers on my other excercises, but I see people much smaller than me lifting tons more on the bench all the time. I'm 165 now, so hopefully I'll be able to bench my own bodyweight soon heh. Congrats on lifting the 125's, that seems such a long way aways. I think I'll aim for the 90's next.

    No, hardwork was the reason for my gains. All that shit about "crunk", cee and dieselweasel was just for fun.

    I wait until I can get the 70's up about 7 times then jump to 80's and so on. Worked well for meee

    i bench more than 165, and i can only do the 80's on the db bench, to me this doesnt add up right

    I recently got the 140's up for 3. Heaviest ones in my gym, kinda been a goal of mine ever since I started working out there.
