So I just set a new PR and achieved a huge milestone, I ran 1 mile for the first time ever in under 6 minutes, I did it in 5:59 .

I'm afraid that bulking is going to make my time go down :hsd:.

EDIT: another new PR, now 5:47

I couldn't even run a 9 minute mile like 4 months ago. Just run 3x per week constantly pushing yourself and you'll quickly be at a 6:xx minute as long as you're not out of shape.

I ran 2.95 miles in 18:36 winning me 7th in HS sports.
Last time I ran the mile and timed myself was in 10th grade and I hit 5:58. I should try it again. I was a 400 runner and 800 ruinner. Never cared for the mile. I bet I could break 530.

2.5 miles in 18:36 is 7th in HS sports? Damn, I wish I was in the kind of shape i'm in now back when I was in high school, I would have dominated varsity sports instead of being a fat ass :hsd:.

I did a fast mile for the first time in at least a year today. I managed to hit 5:35.

I'm going to try to hit 5:15 by the end of June.

I'd be happy to keep it under 10 minutes. :ugh: I need to start working on that.
