I hurt my shoulder a couple of months ago doing arnold presses with heavy weight so I'm no longer able to do overhead movements while I'm healing (no more incline db :( ). Today, on decline db bench I hit 120x3. My set progression on decline db is usually 70x15, 80x12, 90x10, 100x6-8. Today, after hitting 100 for 6, I decided to try 110's because I've never lifted them before - I got them for 7. I grabbed the 120's and got 3 out - the most difficult part was the initial spread out before the first rep. It's hard to get in position with that much weight. I still can't believe I lifted that much :eek3:

It's definitely easier on my shoulder while I heal. I've tried to go back to arnolds and inclines since I injured my shoulder and the pain comes right back. Gonna have to lay off both for another couple of months probably :hs:
