    Incline bench!

    I'm excited...

My 5x5 routine today went like this:

    185x5
    205x5
    225x5
    235x5
    250x5

My old PR was 235x5, got stuck there for the past 2 weeks. This week I just said F it.

Yeah, 2 weeks... Not years! I'd give up if I got stuck for 2 years...

Although I did get stuck around 200 for a month or so.

Quick tip. If you're stuck on one bench, say incline, then switch it up and concentrate on flat for a few weeks. Then go back to incline, and you'll be able to crush your old PR's.

You need to build up the assisting muscles in order to grow.

My incline was stuck at 205 for a while, I switched to only flat, built that up for a while, then when I went back to incline, I breezed right past 205...

Oh, and thanks guys! I'm actually beginning to get proud of my lifts!!
