you should be more concerned with your squat, clean, deadlift, snatch etc. They're going to be greater indicator of ahtletic ability.

my deadlift is 405 but my squat is only 325 (both are max reps) ive injured my knee 2 times and i got easy on squats i dont wanna over do it. ive never maxed on a clean before but i usually do 135 x 10. and ive never done snatches before (i work out at home and school gym and the ceilings arnt high enough lmao)

hahaha the ceilings aren't high enough?

What knee injuries have you suffered and what sports are you into?

You should do some lower rep range work with the cleans, 3's, 2's, 1's

Perhaps start off with over head squats before snatches too.
