to each his own I guess.

Im gonna upgrade the brakes, etc before the 11:1 333 goes in that I have sitting in my garage. A fox with crappy brakes is no fun.

My stang just got back from paint. It's and 89 coupe. I just finished paying for the paint and my bottom end, im waiting on parts and money to assemble now. Im doing a 10.5:1 408W. AFR 205 heads and a custom cam. 4.10's and a locker to a C4 with a reverse manual valve body and 3500 stall.

Can't wait to finish my car. I've been building it fot a year and prolly got another year left. Im doing it paycheck by paycheck.

Yours looks good. What brakes are you going with. Im going to go with strange 31 spline 5 lug axels and thier rear disk brakes and thier fron 5 lug floating rotor brakes.

    very nice looking fox body!

Cranky sounds you're in the same boat i am. However I'm still waiting for mine to get into the body shop. I got an 88 t-top GT. Just got done upgrading the front suspension with tubular k-member, a-arms, coil-overs, lakewood 70/30s and caster/camber plates.

gonna do the 94/95 spindles, sn95 booster, 13" cobra brakes up front and the rears as well. The one thing I hate about fox's is the 4 lug crappy brakes. Its just such a pain to upgrade. Im doing it all as money comes in as well. A new mini starter went in last week since the stock 89 starter has trouble with a 9:1 motor, let alone an 11:1 one. I still need an electric fan, 255 lph fuel pump, longtubes, dr. gas x pipe, maximum motorsports subframes, front & rear coilovers, K member, a arms, tie rods, control arms, panhard, torque arm, MSD 6AL, MSD pro billet dist., Comp 1.6 rockers, arp hardware, flaming river manual steering rack, autometer guages, engine gaskets, and im debating of i should change from an F303 cam to a custom grind while its out, as well as ditching my edelbrock RPM intake for an RPM II. Oh, and a damn dyno tune. :o

here's the motor as it looked before it went into my '95:

Im still probably atleast a year away from it being done. :wtc:

On a good note my friends 92 GT with a 333 in an A4 block, AFR 185s, RPM II, and two T3 turbo's is gonna be running in a month or so. So hopefully that holds me til mine is done. :)

It did 381 rwhp/394 rwt in my '95 and that was with the small F cam. Im probably gonna go with a custom grind cam this time and see if I can get to 400 rwhp na.

Holy hell that is a lot of power from an N/A small block ford. Is that bored and stroked, or still a 302/306? Can you give some details?

I actually had '98 cobra rims on my '95. You can sorta see them in the pic with the motor.

    I do have a hard-on for the 96/97 cobra's though:
