New pics, 3 month progress...

    I had to stop bulking as much cuz I ran outta money, so I think I lost a few pounds..but my numbers have continued to go up..

    big 3:

    squat: cant do, hip problems...so I leg press instead :o ... 4 plates on each side for 10 reps, 3 sets.. I have stick legs, I'm working on it =P
    dead: 305
    bench: 190

    current weight: 146 :hs: i just got a loan so now I have money to eat big :big grin: :wiggle:

    :o I really need to work on my arms, they're coming along the slowest :hs:

    any suggestions on how to add some size to 'em? my current back/bi day is:
    deadlifts
    pullups
    seated rows
    upright rows
    light set of isolation curls
    bb curl
    hammer curl

    dang bro. i'm a noob and i haven't been here too long, but i could already see great gains. more mass, more thickness, and more definition.

    the growth of my tri's blow my bi's out of the water. my bi's are the weakest part of my body, proportionally. i find that my tri's do make my arm look a lot bigger, as it is such a bigger muscle.

    Yeah, my tri's are coming along A LOT better than my bi's :hs:

    I just do the light concentration curls (15 lbs) for 1 set on each arm to warm 'em up for some direct bicep work

    NoXeN: About putting up 190, I just really concentrate on my form...keep my body tight, shoulders back, feet back and wide, slight arch in back and I pay attention to my breathing..btw..that 190 was after reps of 145 for 8, 155 for 6 and 165 for 6 :o
