New Personal best v. hammer strength machines

    I try to switch up my chest routines every few weeks. (i.e. hammer strength for 3 weeks, bells for 3 weeks, flat bench for 3 weeks). so last night i put up 410lbs on the hammer strength for 6 reps :wiggle:

    i'm damn proud of myself :o

    stats: 6'-1", 205 lbs

    whats your flat bench numbers look like?

    i have to admit, my flat bench is weak. on adverage, i'm doing about 310-320 max.

    bells, i'm doing 120lbs for 8 reps

    thanks man. the hammer strength machines are always easiest for me to go up in weight the fastest :dunno:

    i love hammer strenght machines. granted, nothng like free weights, but i feel i get better results from them
