[135X6 BP and 225X5 DL] i owe it all to this nifty bulk nutrition shirt i got in the mail today
I matched my old squat of 375x4 and hit a deadlift PR of 315x2 today. I owe it all to me.

I went into the gym and was gonna do some floor presses but on the first set my fucking hands busted open and stared bleeding again
You'll eventually come to the darkside and wear some gloves.
Gloves and darkside are oxymorons

I did 2 x 8 x 135 today on bench press!! I am so happy. I have been lifting for one month.
i did 65's on db benchpress today
then my elbow started killing me
new PR for me too...
for my 5th set of bench, i threw on 215 and repped it 5 times
(after doing 1 set of 10 reps with 185 and 3 sets of 6 reps with 205)
and to think... a month ago, i wasn't sure i'd be able to do 185 for 10 reps... or max 225
