Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting a new monitor. After my new computer, I'm still using my 17" NEC1712 LCD monitor. Needless to say, it's crappy. It's like 2-3 years old, and I'm looking for an LCD monitor, perferrably 19". What is it ith ms delay, contrast, and what are some good monitors.

I just read a new thread in here about how BenQ monitors suck. However, that was posted a long time ago. That response and contrast ration owns!

could you link to the benq thread? BenQ makes some of the BEST LCD's on the market.

For example, many people sackride how great the 24" widescreen Dell LCD is... But the truth is that Dell doesn't make it. BenQ does :mamoru:

I stand by my LG Flatron; it's smart, pretty, and fun -- characteristics I have yet to find in a woman.

(waits for Jolly to tell him LG screens are made by BenQ or some other craziness)

no, LG is one of the few companies that makes their own screens.

BenQ, LG, and Samsung are the major ones.

Word. I love my Flatron even more now because it's honest on top of smart, pretty, and fun.

High-contrast is nice, but a DVI connection is more important. I'm too lazy to follow the link, so just make sure whatever you buy has DVI.
