No time to shoot, been sick.

Forgot to add the mags are from 44mag.com. Someone here recommended them a while back. I've actually ordered from them twice now.

Yeah, that's my problem now. The manual mode has way too many settings and the book is crap. Just thinking someone here might know of some settings to try so I can narrow it down a bit.
    thanks.

Yeah. The orange/red ones, are just the first set of Gen 2's. Too bad they arent a darker red. Like blood red. I would like some of those. :o

Its hard to take good pictures of long guns because they're well long. First get out of the house. Taking a picture in the shade will go a long way to helping out the uglyness that is direct flash. If you do take pictures inside take them with the window behind your back, not behind your subject, the light from the window ruins it. The pics from straight down are ok, but they're more like insurance documentation pictures. Put it on an angle. Show off a particular part of the gun, put it on an interesting background (maybe a canvas olive drab back back, or a pile of spent brass). Good photography is hard work, but better lighting and coming up with a picture that does more than show you what an m4 looks like should be an excellent start to getting you thinking about other things.
