New log --> no longer as fat dude

    Well, I am going to start a new training log, my goals are in order of priority as follows.

    Get Leaner
    Get Stronger
    Put on mass in areas where I am lacking
    (Shoulders Quads Glutes Biceps BAck/neck)

    My workouts ae not consistent or awesome, I pretty much pic an exercise and do some shit until I feel like I have sufficiently ucked myself over, and then I try to convince myself to do accessory shit, which I fucking hate to do. I can only do this if I am at home, and unfortunately, I am travelling this week, so, I ahve to improvise...

    Went to hotel "Fitness Center" this was just Shit
    Pullthroughs 3x10
    Dips BWx8x3
    Lat pulldowns front/back 3x12 each
    leg extensions 3x15

    10 minute on cardio bike

    Same as above, but with 3 sets of inclined pushups

    5 minutes on bike

    This sort of workout is not going to get me stronger or bigger, but it is all I got, and I am too fucking cheap to go to a gym for a day.

    which means, i dunno 15%-17% I can not see my abs yet :(

    I don't feel like a completely weak pile of shit, I no longer bench press, because I am bad at it, it is for faggots, and I would rather do shoulder press/incline.

    I should be back in Houston on wednesday, workouts will be more "normal" then.

    Some goals:
    Leaner

    405 Front Squat
    500 Back Squat
    225 SOHP
    600 Deadlift

    more of the same, this time I ran about 1.5 miles before lifting, this hotel gym is ultra shitty, but on the bright side i will be at home tomorrow.

    A few days home finally, been about three weeks since I last squated

    work to 225x6x5

    Front Squat
    185x6x4

    Deadlift Stiff leg
    230x6x4

    Then on friday
    shoulder press behhind the neck/front
    95x6x4 each

    Tricep push downs
    some lats

    Weighed in at about 223 this morning

    Working out at the gold's in New Haven Connecticut, pretty fucking baller place actually.

    worked up to 425x1 DL, most I have pulled in months, it was not as easy as it used to be.
    other shit:

    overhead squats
    DB rows
    Cable Rows
    Laterial raises
    front raises
    pec deck

    did soem prison workout in my hotel room yesterday for some cardio, it was sorta tough

    and on monday, did soem squats and Strict OHP
