    2 seperate needeles pierced at a certian angle

    you do yours with seperate needles? i've found its easier to do with 1 longer needle..i've seemed to have better healing rates that way

    yea ive learned to do it with 2 needles and have just always done it that way. sharler needles makes a bit easier for me and the client :dunno:

    question: doesn't doing it with one needle line up the holes better? i mean, internally... i'd think that with one needle, the holes would be parallel to the barbell, where as with seperate needles they may not. if that even matters...

    with the way cartilage rolls and moves around using one needle in my opinion isnt the best way... im not saying its a wrong way... its just not the way i do it.. that and after going through cartilage one time the needle is a lot duller and its still got one more layer to go through causing more trauma
