    exactly! It used to be such a pain in the ass... Thinking about recompiling my kernel this weekend, but my uptime is almost at 300 days so i'm debating :big grin:

    I haven't heard of anything yet, but i'm sure RedHat is already all over it. Anybody remember how long it took them to impliment 2.4 when it was first released?

    Fedora Core 2 will have the 2.6 kernel and will be released in April. You won't see 2.6 in RH AS 4 until 2005.
