New job as package handler, ok to take Creatine before working?

    I do a lot of lifting at my work (loading trucks), a good portion of that stuff is heavy. Think it's a good idea to take Creatine before going?

    probably wont benefit too much, creatine is most beneficial for short duration, high intensity activities, unless of course that's what package handlers do :dunno:
