    Hey guys,
I had my car broken into about 2 wks ago. Insurance replaced my old iva-c800 with a brand new iva-d310. The people who installed it simply kept my old amp. wires (which were wired through a stereo => rca converter box.) Now that i have the option to put the rca cables directly from the the head unit to my amp, i would like to. However, i have NO idea how to take the dash off of my 2002 civic coupe. I know that i have to pop off the little spot where the cig. lighter thingy is and unscrew the screws from there. Problem is, how many screws are there, and where are they? Anybody know how to help me out?

:: CLIFF NOTES: how do i take the dash off of a 2002 civic coupe? ::

    Thanks,
    Brds

2 8mm screws..one in the center(slighty toward the driver), one on the pass side. You will then need to use your fingers to push the entire dash bezel out from the back..and id cover your wrists with something or wear long sleeves.

Like Diesel stated...make sure you push it from the rear after removing the 8mm bolts. Don't try & pry from the perimeter of the dash trim surrounding the radio because you risk tearing the dash material.

Do you think that maybe you could take a picture to show me where the screws are? Are they behind where the cig. lighter is? Or are they under some kind of cover?

    Thanks,
