could downloadable movies (pixar) be next?
Finally a solution to my Top Gear/Fifth Gear library!
Where did u get that?
Showing no update for me...
Go download it manually.. I have it too..
i did it and it shows up in itunes but it wont launch.. what gives?
i added the first .MOV file i found to my iTunes 4.8 library, then added it to my playlist for my iPod mini just to see what would happen when i tried to sync my iPod?
"...because they cannot be played on this iPod." (meaning that perhaps there are at some point going to be some iPods on which they can be played?)
i say we're going to see video support on the color iPods very soon.
I can't get any .mov files imported into iTunes. I must be fucktarded.
iTunes 4.7 doesn't mention 4.8 when it checks for updates; you have to downoad it from the site. maybe they're keeping it on the DL because its just the first step of a grand scheme...
gotta have 4.8.
all i did was drag a .mov file over my library window and it automagically added it to my library. the play button plays the video in the window where you'd usually see album art.
I have 4.8, but I think my problem is I was trying it with .mpg files.
could be. i've only tried it with .MOV.
oh my dear god i hope they release a video ipod
.MP4 seems to work just as well.
.mov is simply a container format; QT/iTunes' ability to play the file back is dependent purely on the codec used to encode the video/audio.
i don't think it would be that great, watching videos on a 2" inch screen.
Well, it would be fun to show those smaller web videos to people.
i don't think i could spank off with porn on a 2inch screen either.
