    Figured I might as well get involved in teh forum since I have been lurking in this forum for about a week and have already learned a ton of new stuff. :bowdown:

    Anywayz, a little background... I played HS football and ran track but my senior year tore a ligament in my ankle and I could run track. So basically I stopped working out completely after football season. I am just getting back into it now (over a year later) and for the last few weeks have been doing a little lifting and some light cardio, however, I want to get back into the kind of shape I was during football and track in High School. I am probably going to start cutting because I am out of shape and just don't look right right now. I want to bulk up as well, but I want to do it right and start out at a lower body fat than I am right now.

    Currently I am:
    18 yrs old
    6' 190lbs at 18% BF
    Bench: ~185 down from 240ish last year when i played football
    Squat: Don't know, was 315 during football but I haven't done it really since because of my ankle and then because I got lazy
    Dead: Don't know, was 365 during football right now I haven't really done much, I just do SLDL on occasion with 135 to stretch out, etc.

    I'm thinking of cutting down to 10-12% BF and then going to bulking. My diet is really what has thrown me off for the past year so i'm cleaning that up to start and we'll see how it goes. Any suggestions? I will post pics later if needed

    I duno, i had my body fat tested and was 18%... had to do it for my physiological science project. :shrug:
