new here...some questions *pics

    hey guys, im new to the fitness forum and was just wondering on what i could improve on.. right now i weigh about 175 and am 5'9". i wanna do some cutting but before that i wanna gain some mass. Right now all I take is designer whey protein. thank you i appreciate any help.

    Probably points the mouse to where he needs to click to take a snapshot, and clicks it when he's ready to take it. If my mouse was wireless I'd do the same.

    nice base, but your chest is lacking compared to rest. do you only do DB work?

    good observation ralyks haha...yea i do flat bench, incline dumbells, decline bench, and cable crossovers...any suggestions for chest exercises???

    dumbbell flys
    dips
    pushups never hurt
    weighted pushups

    do you do flat bench with the bar or db or both?

    i do dips for triceps sometimes, and do triangle pushups occasionally.... i use the bar for flat bench
