why WOULDN'T you want a HD in your car lol?

I wonder how good this actual piece is.. I wish someone in America would do some shit like this. This is pretty much the deck that I've been wanting for like 4years.. it has everything I want in a deck w/o any outbound processing or brain of some sort. Not to mention that Alpine has stopped catering to the hardcore car audio crowd and are more into catering the blingblingers.. I mean no more Bass Engine stuff wtf.

I guess Ben thinks its good enough to offer to the public.. and 500shipped for the preorder is a great price. AHHHHH i want one, except the knob looks kinda gay lol.

Wouldnt there be problems with vibrations? I have an Integra with a modded suspension. I dont think a hard drive would survive that day in and day out, even with some sort of anti-shock thing.
