I don't know how healthy it easy...but it's simple and tasty. Cook your eggs 15 minutes....run them under cold water (makes the shell come off in one or two pieces)....them let them sit in a bowl of Soy Sauce. I used the Lite Soy. The eggs just soak it up...roll them around in it to get all sides of the eggs. I think they're called Bento Eggs. http://www.c4vct.com/kym/bento/soyegg.htm Tried it for the first time this morning. Very tasty. Better than just the salt I add. I ate one...and I'm letting the other ones soak. But that flavor is in my mouth and now I can't wait to get at the remaining ones. Uh oh...there is that word "soy". I'm sure we'll all grow titties from this recipe.
