Hi everyone Joined Offtopic about a week ago and have quite enjoyed reading this fitness and nutricion section (Yes I read the newb thread ). I got my nic from quitting smoking about 9 months ago after smoking a pack a day for almost 20 years. At that time, I was 5' 11", 130 pounds and was probably in the worst shape an adult human being could be. I am now 175 pounds and have been working out at a gym at least 3 days a week. I still have my issues, like trying to stay consistent (especially on weekends!!!), I have managed through my weight gain to get up to about 23% fat which I need to bring down, and after all this time, I'm still struggling to find the right routine at the gym. Anyway, from reading alot of you, I have to say . If from time to time I sound like a dumbass, please be patient with me. I look forward to getting to know you all.
