    my mom just brought home these new frozen sandwiches. omg so good they are philly cheese steaks only 5.5 oz's
    420 calories
    120 from fat
    20g fat
    70mg cholest.
    990 sodium
    41g carb
    21g protien
    omg soo good.

    lol yea im bulking. i think im gunna buy 2 more boxes of these. they are great to eat on the way to work or on a 10 minutes break at work.

    Thats a lot of sodium (around 40% of RDA for 2000 cal diet), if you are going to be eating these you need to drink a ton of water otherwise your sodium levels will be very high.


    If they are the ones I think you're talking about they are incredibly good.

    thanks for the info....

    My family has a history of hypertension and high blood pressure so I was always taught that the two were related and to stay healthy I should watch my salt intake. It sounds like for the general population it does not make much of a difference. Good find.

    Yeah, thank christopherson for that one. If you have a history of hypertension and high blood pressure then of course you'd want to watch that.

    I know, I just stated that for the majority of people that article is factuale information. Thanks though, I know I have to watch what I eat and have to exercise to live a healthy life. My family has a history of heart disease, hypertension, high blood pressure and various cancers on both sides so basically I have to watch myself or I will die at 45.
