I went to the bookstore to pick up a few fitness magazines and i found 2 that were 6 dollars apiece. Then i started looking through the books and came across the New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. Almost 800 pages of information that isn't loaded with advertisements. So instead of spending 12$ on two magazines, I spent 25$ on a massive book. :hsd: Plus, this is already more interesting than the other magazines i have. Any other relatively inexpensive books i should look into getting?

If it's by Arnold, it's a very informative book.

It looks good on the coffee table. I wouldn't try to actually follow any of the routines in it if you're serious about making gains.

I made more gains following the highest volume routine in that book than I ever have made. If you're serious, you CAN pull off 2 a days, and gain.

i got it at a bookstore in Myrtle Beach called Books a Million (BAM)...really lame name. i think 25$ was actually printed on the back so it shouldn't go higher than that. why aren't the routines good in this book? i haven't gotten very far in the book yet so i'm just wondering what to expect in advance.

Seems like it'd give your body the shock treatment for sure. How long did you stay on it though? I don't know if I could handle more than 2-4 weeks of that without dying.

Yeah, if you take Dianabol by the handful like Arnie used to, I'm sure you can make excellent gains on those programs.

I started off on Arnold's routines and intensity and saw the best gains of my life for the longest time.

Those routines can help anyone. Do you really think that he'd publish a book with his name on it if it was only filled with BS information and deface his name and the sport of bodybuilding?

    get real
