I'm a fan of the breakfast sammich on an english muffin. 37g of whole wheat carbs... 28g protein. Not too shabby and they're like 2 bucks

Spicy omelet is great. I put couscous spices and pepper flakes in mine in the morning. American eat too much salt/sugar and not spicy enough ! Plus it boost metabolism :naughty:
