    Decided to do some heavier DLs end of back workout. Grip failed me more than anything else.


    I know it's not much to almost everyone here, but I've only been working out for 4 months now and feel fucking awesome right now.

    He mentioned grip problems. Gloves will definitely contribute to that on pulling.
