New Dig Camera: Military Themed Pictures

Bought myself a new camera, lense etc. Figured it was time to upgrade. Decided to take a walk outside my hotel and snap a few pictures. Still much learning to do.

Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until you intend to fire.

Never mind, this guy is obviously a badass since he has a bronze statue in recognition of him. Just looked him up on google and he definetly "led the way".

The pics look pretty damn good too, what kind of camera? I'm about to ge one before I go to my internship at Parris Island so I can take some pics for the Marines and wannabees (Accord) while I'm there.

The camera is a Canon Rebel XT w/ TAMRON SP AF28-75MM F/2.8 MACRO XR DI LD-IF. Long ass name..

Yea if you want to find out about him either look up his name or the Son Tay raid.

EYOB: XM177. Notice the longer flashhider on the weapon. It is a CAR-15 model which was used in Vietnam/

I jumped on a deal from dell. $653 shipped for the body only. That also included a camera bag. They retail around $799+$100MIR.
