Ok, my spring/summer cut is coming along great. Not updating my log cuz I dont want progress pics and whatnot discouraging me.

Anyway, last 5-10lbs is always the bitch. I was thinking on going to mostly liquids.
Protein shakes with oatmeal flower for carbs. (blending/ground up oatmeal)
    Controlled fats etc.
My only solid food meal being a protein meat (chicken etc) and vegetable serving for dinner.

    Anyone ever try this shit?

1 cup of oatmeal (pre cooked usually fixes me)

Yup, and getting back on real food sucked. It didn't feel natural even though i did lean out on mostly liquid. I did it for the ease of getting my macros without all the meal prep.

guy at work did the all liquid diet. So far he has lost like 60lbs but he was pretty fat in the first place. I wouldn't suggest it for a bodybuilder.

Meal prep=bake 12 chicken breasts. On monday.

Every day weigh 8oz chicken. Throw in 2 cups broccoli. Veggies steam as chicken reheats.

Oatmeal in a baggie. It's not hard.

true enough, HRT will keep the LBM on mostly, I dont see it being an issue as long as the calories are up etc. 2-3 weeks shouldnt hurt to experiment, muscle memory can be wonderful if i lose too much size.

Throw a 6 year old in the mix and tell me it isn't hard. Little fucker eats my chicken, eats my almonds, has to do homework, wants to play. Liquid was easier and had what i needed even though it wasn't near as filling :wtc:

Unnecessary, and you'll be shitting diarreha.

Do nothing but chicken, salads, olive oil + vinegar, and plenty of raw almonds/natty peanut butter.

You'll lose those last 10 lbs and you won't be shitting liquid. I mean, you could definitely do other food choices, I'm sure you know what you're doing. I just listed something extremely simple and to the point.

I don't really see this as being necessary.

I'd imagine a strict diet and increased cardio being enough. If you really need help dropping that extra 10lbs then maybe an E/C stack would do the trick.

I just can't imagine a liquid diet going well. Nearly all protein will be from whey and I hear getting back on solid foods makes you feel sick for weeks.

I think there are better alternatives.. What are your goals, and where are you now?

And DTR is right. Going to solid foods will fuck you up for a bit.

You'll probably get the immediate results you want. However, you'll feel like shit and it'll suck returning back to solid foods.

might want to supplement with a little fiber besides the oatmeal. I'm not sure how much oatmeal FLOUR you planned on eating but if you can't get all your fiber from it just go get some psyllium husk pills, they've been working great for me.
