Current Weather
    Code:
    curl --silent "http://xml.weather.yahoo.com/forecastrss?p=CAXX0442&u=c" | grep -E '(Current Conditions:|C<BR)' | sed -e 's/Current Conditions://' -e 's/
//' -e 's///' -e 's///' -e 's/
//' -e 's/
//' -e 's/
//'
    Next two days
    Code:
    curl --silent "http://xml.weather.yahoo.com/forecastrss?p=CAXX0442&u=c" | grep -E '(High:)' | sed -e 's/
//' -e 's///' -e 's///' -e 's/
//' -e 's/
//'
    Go to weather.yahoo.com and search for your city and then replace CAXX0442 with the code for your city.

    this looks pretty damn cool, but I did something very similar by allowing iStat and the Calendar widgets to remain on my desktop, not just when dashboard is activated.

    I tried it out but couldn't get it to look very cool. Then again I didn't mess around with it too long.
