New deadlift PR

    got 390 up :)

    I just finished the Phillipi/Coan DL routine that Chris posted up about 2 months ago. http://www.powerpage.net/coanphildead.html

    10 weeks ago I was DL'ing approx 330lbs.

    My next goal is to pull 405 before I turn 18 (end of july)

    Followed it exactly as it was laid out
    Squatted twice a week (one light, one heavy)

    Cool, I just did 365 for 2 reps a few days ago. Feel good, huh?

    squats twice and deads twice? damn. didnt burn out from it? did u pull heavy on the same day as squatting heavy?

    I pulled once a week, on a seperate day.

    I did a full body 3x/week during this routine:

    Sunday (day 1) I would follow this deadlift routine on a weekly basis, following the chart.

    Tuesday I would squat light using around 50% of my 1rm, then I would bench heavy (I would rotate floor presses, cgbp, db bench etc.) then I'd pick an upperback lift

    Thurs I would squat heavy, usually 5x5 with the 5th set being my 5rm, then I'd shoulder press, do a lighter incline, and pick a tricep movement


    I just focused on the compound lifts

    great now get a membership to a gym that dosent smell like sour balls sacks.
