Pretty sweet. In number 11, you should have totally just ran up and pushed that guy into the water.

Most of them are very underexposed. Not sure if that was the look you were going for.

Not using a flash and under exposing are two different things though. In a lot of the pictures you have a lot of dark areas and no highlights (parts which are so bright they are just white and do not have any detail)

Ideally you want to find a balance between the two (too much dark area vs. area which is white because of blown highlights). It is easier to underexpose and get back detail from the shadows.....you cannot get detail from blown highlights.

I personally like the feelings of robz gothamist photos, because as far as I know street photography has no set rules on what techniques you should use. It's all about the subject that elaborates the viewer on what's going on. Not whether it's under or overexposed. For instance #12, I wouldn't stand there for 2min just to check my histogram and adjust my shutter or exposure compensation. Same thing in #3, not enough time for proper adjustments. Unless it's a scene like buildings and street art, you might want to pick up a book on exposures and it will benefit you in the long run.

It isn't like you have to take 5 minutes to adjust for the correct exposure...a lot of that *CAN* (although it is not the best) be fixed in photoshop.
