I just got kinda a generic case Lian Li it's solid aluminum and was pretty easy to work inside. I really would like to get a super nice case eventually but it wasn't huge on my priority.

    Next Upgrades:

    Another 320mb 8800GTS Card
    Better Ram
    Better Case

It was like another $200 just for it. It'll come down in price later I didn't have the money right now at the moment and not really sure any games right now actually need that type of power.

There's not much difference between the 640mb card and the 320mb card.

Not at lower resolutions. Unless you need to run really high resolutions the price difference isn't really warranted on the 640MB. The 640 is a waste of money, the GTX would be more practical at that point.
