yeah dude you need to be more specific.

    What are your specs exactly?
Does it make through the boot process?
Any error messages or beeps on boot-up?
    etc...

So it doesn't actually boot up at all? Can you get into the bios? Any beeping?

The only things I can suggest in this kind of situation are:

Check all your components are seated properly, especially video card and memory.
Try swapping in any other compnents you've got spare, once again memory and video card are the best places to start.
Try clearing the CMOS (they'll be a jumper on the board to do it, check the mobo's manual) as an erroneous setting could be fucking things up.
Check any jumpers that the board may have, especially if its got one for frequancy settings.
Check your motherboard is seated properly, it could be shorting through the case.

The only other thing I can suggest us that your board is fucked, get it RMA'd :wtc:

Sorry I can't be of more help!
