    Working on a Business plan for class - this is the preliminary list of what I'd get if I could secure a loan and start a business, but of course I'm not going to. :rofl:

    Yes, I'd go Nikon. Held a D700 (not Girth's) and fell in love with Nikon, so if I was starting up and could Section 179 everything, I'd go Nikon. $0 Basis ftw. :greddy:

    In light of this thread though, I'm going to go out on a limb and say the other thread had a liberal dose of sarcasm in it.

    If it were me, the first thing I'd do if I were trying to get serious and focus on my photography wouldn't be to look for a way to spend $17k I don't have on gear I don't need. :dunno:
