305lbs. No shirt, no boards, no lift off, and no gloves :wavey:

It came up real easy after I had already done
    135X20
    225X10
    245X5
    265X4

So I'm thinking I'll do a little less volume next week and try for 3 plates :x:

P.S. Also did 100lb DB's for 7 reps on incline, and not the fake incline where you put the bench down as low as it will go

i believe you can do 3 plates if you warm up lightly and try to hit it

nice work man. drop the volume next time. Take a couple warm up sets to get the blood flowing then take a single or two at midpoints to acclimate to the weight. Then hit 315!
