I benched 260 without a pause today. I was myself. But my squat sucked. I did 345 fine with wraps then I went to 365. The "sex muscle" part of my groin was burning like hell and hurting. So I didn't try again. I had this last week too when I was heavy squatting. Ceaze do you think it's possible i pulled or herniated something. I used to get these everyone once in a while.
