new back pic

    within the last 2 months I started doing Dave Tate's outlined westside program and its done wonders for my back size and strength compared to what it used to be :) Up to a 475lb max deadlift.

    Damn, nice back. Having a wide back to me is what seperates the "real" lifters from your average jackoffs in the gym :p

    Yeah and I have wide hips but you can still tell when someone has a thick or developed back.

    as you can see where I been lifting is about as dark and gloomy as a dungeon...aka my dads basement in his bar :noes:

    I do a decent amount of rows. I used to do lat pulldowns but I stopped doing them
