    I eat almost the same diet. I eat eggs, cheese, meat, fish, and green veggies. No fruit, no bread, no rice, none of that shit.

    fad diet to discuss #2... jesus diet:

    fish, bread, wine, grapes, dates, olives

    nigga did an up hill marathon with 2x bw wood on his back (assume 2x because it is probably the minimum to support the body and nails) ..... after a 40day starve fest.

    His daily workout routine includes an 8-12 hour barefoot walk
    He has to make 100 loops around the same grassy area, because hey- it's new york
