I got a Cannon Rebel GII for my bday. Is this a good camera? Does it have any iherent problems, is it reliable, durable...Should I keep it, or just return it right away? Post your opinions, experiences with this camera.
I just shot my first roll, i should have the pictures back tommorow at the latest. This would also help me decide if this camera is worth the time and money my relatives spent on it.
    Thanx for your input!

while i love canon cameras (i own 5 of them)

i should warn you that their consumer cameras (anything that has rebel in it's name) sacrafice a few things for weight... including a good metal lens mount... (i don't know aobut the GII though) but wiht their ti and 2000, i've heard horror stories about people who try to twist their lens on tightly and broke the mount...
