    hit 221 for 5 yesterday. last rep almost fell out of groove but I think I had a little bit more in the tank.

    for all intents and purposes i'm going to say that 221=225 :o

    that's one of my goals completed during my jaunt to china. now i just gotta work on my dead/bench and getting rid of my gut :hs:

    good shit! just wondering if you are getting enough protein/carbs/fats from the food in China. I was in Taiwan over the summer and i ended up losing 5 pounds due to lack of good nutrition :wtc: . If I go back I'd definitely have to lug over some protein powder and multi vitamin.

    How'd you manage to get 221 on the bar? Do the chinamen use a different scale?

    80kg +bar
    20kg = 44

    4 20kg plates minus 1 lb per plate = 225-4 = 221 holler :eek3:

    5'8" ~160 lbs, i don't weigh myself regularly.

    I'd like to think it was ATG but I basically go as low as can be. it might change during 5RM attempts but i'm 100% confident i'm at least parallel or below. don't really have anyone I can ask to workout with since everyone there is pussies, even compared to me. (that is really pathetic)

    as for China, everyday i'm eating a shitton of carbs. not really by choice. i chose not to buy protein powder here since it's about 1.5-2x more expensive here than in north america and i'm only here for two more months. I really should start modifying my diet but i'm doing what's convenient :hs:

    I don't really care that much about my bench but I really need to hammer away at my deadlift. it's been tough to see much gains since after the 1st day of starr/christophers routine I dread deadlifting after squatting.

    that and I need to sneak chalk into the "fitness" club

    200 + .1(200) = 220. if you followed it out to full metric itd be about 221 though but come on :uh:
