5RM is usually 7.5% less than 1RM (or so I've heard)
    315/.925 = 340

Edit: but it varies depending on the individual, my DL 5RM is 315 and 1RM was 405, squat 5RM was 365 but 1RM was 405.

I'm going to try 405 x 5 next week. I got 315 x 5 pretty easily, I still have trouble holding on to the bar. The actual motion is easy, but I keep having to kinda pull up on the bar and regrip, I'm afraid I am going to drop it one day.

I think there's a bigger difference in 5RM and 1RM for stuff like squats 'cause reps take so much out of you. Rather than something like bench, for me anyway.
