Well I just got my 40d on friday. It's been cold out so I haven't gotten out much to shoot so I've been trying to get creative around the house. Just looking for some feedback. I'm definitely a noob but the 40d affords me much more flexibility than the S5 IS I had before did.

Nothing great, looking for some constructive advice. I've read and read and read but I'd like to see what people think of some shots.

Snapshots. Take some pictures of some stuff that's more interesting. I'm the last person to talk, though, because I'm bad at composition.

Boring snapshots. Go out and shoot something people WANT to see. Something eye catching and interesting

Haha I knew they were boring and snapshotish. I just wanted to see how everything else was exposure-wise and the like.

I'm just using the kit 28-135. New glass is definitely on my list after the holiday.
