Saw this guy on Friday and decided to give it a good home thanks to my tax refund.

I figured this thing would be too heavy/large to CCW, but I have been really surprised. The larger size makes it feel pretty comparable to my Glock 26 (heavier weight is spread out), and the fact that it's thin makes it disappear quite nicely under an untucked shirt.

Yeah, before I got my first 1911 I thought people were crazy that carried one, and after owning a bunch of plastic guns, the 1911 seems the easiest to conceal, especially IWB due to its thin profile. I don't have to get bigger pant size like I probably would with a Glock/Sig/HK...

And there is no gun that shoots as nicely as a 1911 :big grin:

Dear lord I never realized how much the .45 ACP dwarfs 9mm until I placed them side by side.

I CC my full-sized Colt all the time. And my Tucker is a tuckable holster, which I do on a regular basis.

I mean the problem is the double stack isn't going to conceal nearly as well as the single stack. but i don't like single stacks.
